Mandatory CPE Program
Amper instituted a mandatory Continuing Professional Education Program within the firm before it became a requirement of AICPA membership and all of our accountants are required to take at least 40 hours of professional education courses per year.
Successfully Completed 9 Peer Reviews
Amper was among the first firms in the area to voluntarily undergo a "peer review," and strongly supported the AICPA's vote in favor of mandatory peer reviews. In a peer review, we invite another accounting firm to extensively review our system of quality control. We have successfully completed
nine peer reviews, all of which have resulted in an unqualified report, the highest possible rating. In fact, a number of CPA firms across the country have selected Amper to perform their peer reviews.
